I attended school in Kenya and developed a deep appreciation for African food from an early age. Over time, this appreciation blossomed into a calling \u2014 a purpose that led me to fuse <strong>local African ingredients with global cuisines<\/strong>, creating flavorful recipes that tell stories of culture, health, and unity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Culinary Journey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>My professional journey began in <strong>2011<\/strong>, when I was hired as a waitress at a <strong>five-star hotel in Nairobi, Kenya<\/strong>. Little did I know, this would be the doorway into my destiny. Eventually, I transitioned into the kitchen team, and that\u2019s when everything changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I discovered that cooking wasn\u2019t just about preparing meals \u2014 it was <strong>art, science, and soul<\/strong>. The combination of ingredients started to make sense, and became clear .The more I learned, the more I was transformed. I gained <strong>new skills, new knowledge, and new experiences<\/strong>. Interacting with foreign guests and being exposed to <strong>international cuisines<\/strong> broadened my worldview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What started as passion grew into <strong>zeal<\/strong>. I found joy in creating nutritious meals, knowing that what I served could <strong>heal, energize, and connect people<\/strong>. That\u2019s when I truly embraced the <strong>power of food<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Vision Through Food Profile TV<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Through Food Profile TV, I celebrate the <strong>authentic African culinary heritage<\/strong>, especially the wisdom and simplicity found in <strong>village life<\/strong>. African foods are among the <strong>most nutritious in the world<\/strong>, and villagers have direct, fresh access to these ingredients \u2014 straight from the earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike many in modern society who have lost touch with nature, African villagers still live <strong>in harmony with the land<\/strong>.
